Step 3: Schedule Installation

After sending your completed Pre-Install Checklist, call 714-581-5999 to schedule an install. Depending on the service you purchased, you can have 2 or 3 consecutive days of in-person installation & training with your CNC Factory technician. Each day is a 7-hour day, so if our technician arrives late due to travel delays, we will extend our stay or work overtime. 

For virtual installations only, days can be non-consecutive. 

Technician Hours

9AM-4PM Pacific/Central

10AM-5PM Eastern

**A 30-minute, uninterrupted lunch break is required from 12PM Pacific/Central or 1:30PM Eastern.

What to Expect:

Day 1:

• Technician will align, setup, test and program the machine (about 4 hours)
• Safety & Maintenance training

Day 2-3:

• Basic CNC Machine training

Additional things to prepare:

Pattern/program files for execution

We recommend cutting the design of your actual product on days 2 or 3, while our technician is available to guide you.

Availability of your operator

Make sure all the people who will operate your machine are present during the training.

Communicate any upgrades you want installed

If you have extra items for set up (e.g. drill blocks, label printers), let us know in advance so we can bring the right tools for installation.

Scanning the user manual

It would be helpful to read the user manual in advance as it will lessen information overload, as well as help you prepare questions during training.
