This will guide you on the steps you need to take to completely receive and set up your machine. Completing all the steps will ensure there are no delays.

The Onboarding Process

We can only ship your machine after you complete this step.

Work on Step 1

We will be in constant communication with you if anything changes with the ETA of your machine.

This lists down the items you need to complete before you can install your machine. Some items can be completed even before your machine arrives. The list includes:

Unloading the machines
Setting up the floor & leveling the machine
Electrical, air & dust extraction installation
Learning the CAD/CAM software
Purchasing consumable parts

If you purchased the “CNC Factory Installation & Training” service, you will need to complete this list before you can schedule a technician visit.

You can only schedule after you complete the pre-install checklist.

Your dedicated CNC Factory technician will install your machine(s) and train your operator, then will officially turn over the machine to you. Your onboarding process ends here.
