Machine Shipment & Arrival
Once you have completed your down payment, your order will be sent to production and your designated Customer Support contact will then have a target production completion & shipping date.
Shipping options
Via CNC Factory’s 3rd party logistics carrier
- Freight shipping to continental USA, Mexico, or Canada.
- For international shipments, we only ship to the nearest port (Long Beach or Los Angeles, CA).
Carrier rates often fluctuate. The shipping rates we quoted you at the time of purchase may be different from when the machine is ready to be shipped. While we try our best to get you the best price, market rates are out of our control and be prepared in case your final shipping rate goes up. You are free to source your own carrier.
Using your own carrier
Contact support@cncfactory.com or 714-581-5999 to schedule your machine pick up and provide us your carrier’s info. We will load your machine to your flatbed truck at no extra cost.

Pick-up times: Mondays to Fridays, 9AM – 4PM. Closed on weekends and major holidays.

Vacuum pumps are crated and would need to be lifted via a strap/chain to remove the crate beneath it.
If unloading the machine yourselves
You’ll need:
- A forklift with 8-10 ft extensions for the machine. Refer to above for the machine weights.
- Strap/chain to uncrate the vacuum pump
