Other Installation Notes
- Charges apply for additional training days. If you need more, please contact us. Normally, your technician has a set schedule and will need to leave after the 2nd/3rd day. Hence, your additional training day may resume a few days after your initial installation if booked at the last minute.
- IMPORTANT: Our technicians are not allowed overtime (unless due to external delays not caused by you). Any overtime listed on their timecard will be charged 3 times their hourly rate at your expense. Any flight delays, incidental expenses, rebooking fees or travel penalties resulting from customer error/delays will also be charged to the customer.
- At the end of the Installation, your technician will fill out an Installation Report that summarizes what has been installed and if there are issues that still need to be addressed later. If there are none, the Installation is deemed complete and you will be presented with a Certificate of Installation and Acceptance. Please sign this. You will be later given an email copy for your records.
Warranty
CNC Factory warrants that your machine will be free of defects in workmanship and materials or a period of 18 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not include parts consumed during normal operations (wearable items) or maintenance required in the ordinary course of operations. Lifetime technical support is available for free via phone and email during normal CNC Factory hours.
